I'm starting a Multi-Level-Marketing scheme called "Pre-Paid Boob Job". It's shaped like a pyramid, not a circle. For $1.19 a day you get insurance in case you ever need a "lift" or implants.

To me, it was the equivalent of someone trying to win an argument or put someone down and saying "I'm not the only person who thinks this about you" to bolster their position but are unwilling to serve up that person. Ultimately it shows them to have a weak position but it does put questions in the other person's minds through innuendo. I would think a lawyer would know these loose ends would not be allowed.

I think it's also possible that the DA knows who the person is and figured GS wouldn't mind revealing the name under seal.

I hope this isn't annoying, but I have been out of the loop since the prosecution rested. I just saw the Gus Searcy clip on TV. Who is he? Why is he important? Is there a full clip of that exchange? (It was pretty entertaining to see the portions I saw).

I just love, love, love when Juan Martinez asked Gus the name of the person in his car, did you see the look on Gus' face, seems the courtroom went completely silent and everyone froze, haha. I am still crackin' up over here.:floorlaugh:

JM called him out and put it on record, the person will be subpoena and/or if he is lying, he has perjured himself, either way he is effed, serves him well.
