LE has not found the ex yet and she had a order of protection against him?

My feeling is that she was eventually put into a vehicle and they are long gone. LE would have to be checking every motel, camping ground, etc. within a wide radius it seems to me, especially after so much time has elapsed.

The information on the ex boyfriend is completely a rumor. It was written in a blog post by a random person who has no connection to the family or LE or to any main stream media source. There is no family or friend who has said there is an ex of any kind, no one involved with the case has stated anything about a stalker or restraining order or any person who has not been located. At this point in time, it is basically just random speculation by a random person not involved in the case or even in the same state! Sorry for the rant, but it gets everyone off track when the information in sketchy blogs is believed to be accurate without confirmation from family or LE.

Maybe the thickness of the brush wont allow a car accesssss but most of these guys have ATV's and motorcycles that to me is a better scenario. esp if he is a hunter!

bumping this video up again... it has interviews with both the tbi and another LEO. It explains a lot about the misconception/rumor of her being dragged and how they were glad to clear it up...

they also say the brother and the boyfriend are NOT suspects

I've been wondering why there would be blood by the door and WHAT door? A door that leads into the house or possibly her car door? Is it possible the perp hit her over the head or something to keep her from screaming but it didn't knock her out, just made her disoriented and that's why she was seen walking away with him?

I'm just throwing ideas out. I'm so confused over all the different stories and rumors that are out now. Praying Holly is found safe, soon!

I've been so wrapped up in the Caylee and Hailey case that this just got on my radar last night.

I heard there was blood found, but the media didn't say where?

Why go into the wood with anyone you didn't know? I suspect it was someone she knew (ie, ex).

I heard the story change in that she wasn't dragged into the woods but "escorted" (whatever the heck that means). Taken by the arm so to speak.

I really have no idea who the POI is at this point, but I do not believe this to be a stranger abduction. Just a gut feeling. My mind even went back to the Groene case where that monster (Duncan) was stalking the house for several days before the slaughter and taking of the children. Whomever it was knew the pattern of when she was leaving for school, etc.

Too many questions, and all just my opinion. I just pray she's alive out there.

I seriously doubt they could cover all that ground just on foot. My theory is they walked a bit and he had an atv stashed somewhere, you can't get far with an atv so maybe he has a truck hidden from view at some point. Just a wild guess. If I were the police I would set up a few checkpoints further up ahead.

Let's talk about that "being lead" by the arm rather than "being dragged."

That happened to Carlie Bruscia in FL. In the car wash video a stranger lead her by the arm around the car wash and to his vehicle.

I think you can tell I contrast and compare cases.

Really great questions. The first place you would think to go is all the social sites she may have visited, and if she ran into someone. This could be a stalker type person she met on the internet. An old high school flame who is coming back for revenge (there was a case about that recently).

There are SO many scenarios.
