Not immediately enough- ZG was threatened and followed by people who were convinced she had Caylee. Then when the media got the story it was a firestorm and she was the loser- job- home -her good name.

She had ALREADY lost her home and job before any of this happened. She was unemployed and living in a motel with her 2 kids.

How does Casey maybe going to Sawgrass change the fact she said the name Zenaida as the nanny for years?

Casey didn't use Zenaida for years, she used Zanny- probably code for Xanax, then switched to Zenaida when she saw it and realized it would work for a full name for "Zanny"!

I just read the police report describing the investigation at Sawgrass and there is no mention of anyone refusing to be interviewed.

With all the speculation that somehow the defense team is going to whisk Casey out of state, I'm wondering what Casey is going to use for identification once she's out of jail? She let her Florida driver's license expire. I haven't read anywhere that Casey has a passport. Casey has a lot of fines so doesn't she have to pay off those fines before she can get a Florida driver's license? Do those fines follow her to other parts of the U.S. or U.S. territories like Puerto Rico if she applies for an ID card or driver's license elsewhere? How would she get a copy of her birth certificate which I would assume would be at the Anthony home in order to get a U.S. passport? And still, wouldn't that take a few days even with an expedited application?

Without some kind of photo ID she can hardly get on a commercial flight. Many countries will not admit someone with a felony or serious misdemeanor record.

What if she skips out on the scheduled deposition on Tuesday, July 19? What happens then?

Oh yes they did! I saw with my own eyes Casey's written statement to the police "Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez took my child". Cindy continued to spread the same lie on national TV! That's slander and libel!!!

I am betting that ICA will NOT attend any ZFG Depo. I am thinking the threats thing against ICA is hyped up to provide justification to get her out of State and un-available for 'safety' reasons. ZFG, TES, OCSO and other suitors are going to have to locate ICA and then seek to extradite her IMO. All part of the ever ongoing DT stage management.

I have not seen a jail video in which Casey says she did not rule out the suing Z?G, but regardless, that is not the same thing as accusing her publicly. Also not publicly, it's in the police reports that she did rule her out.

Okay. Let me try this again. The tape, that you did not see, was publicly played over and over and over again on every media source available to man, NG, HLN, CNN, etc. for weeks. On the tape KC tells her mother LE did not show her any pictures. CA then went out and stated publicly that KC SAID she was never shown this woman's picture. Any half crazed person could have gone after ZG based on what CA said.

Now humor me for a minute because this is how KC thinks: If someone had harmed ZG over this and she died, KC could have easily said...."That was her, that's Zanny." Months later they find Caylee's body. Who can prove it was not ZG. Sound far fetched. Then why did she tell TL, "If they don't find her guess who gets to spend an eternity in jail." She's a high stakes game player, a real gambler as we see with her trial, changing her story and not backing down.

What people heard was that KC was never shown pictures by LE of anyone so how do we know this woman is not the Nanny. She was at Sawgrass, she's from NY (NY plates on her car) and that was part of the description. The public were only focused on that the Nanny took Caylee after KC dropped her off at Sawgrass. This is all people heard and many came to the conclusion that this woman may have taken Caylee and was hiding her.

People come to conclusions on what they hear in a soundbite. It's, "hey, I know who that is......." Damage is done because KC lied and lied and lied.

Do you possibly have a link? I have been searching thru the docs here to try to find out what this lady's name really is. I've been reading threads all the way back to August of 2008 and the doc dumps and I still can't find anything. TIA for any help or a hint as to where to look:banghead:

In her depo, CA flew off the handle about how Zenaida Gonzalez's name is really C. Zenaida Gonzale, because that's what was on the form filled out at Sawgrass.
What ol' dopey CA did not realize was that Zenaida did not fill her own name out on the form, the agent at the apartment complex did. He went to write down her name and scratched out what looks like a "C" (might have been starting to write a "G," then wrote Zenaida, then Gonzale.
Many hispanohablantes kinda drop the s or the z from the end of their names when pronouncing, so when she said her own name, she may have dropped the "z" at the end. Or maybe the guy is a bad speller/writer. Who knows?
Her name is Zenaida Gonzalez. I don't know what her middle/other surname is.

She can't leave the state until her appeal paperwork has been filed or waived. She has 30 days to do so. Judge Perry's orders.

BUT, MCA added a middle name to all her imaginary friends as any sourthen belle would do.

Thing is...and AZlawyer may address the legal nuances...civil lawyers often work on a contingency basis. John Morgan has to come out of his own pocket to try this case. If he wins, Zenaida pays him back in his take.
As JM is one of the top civil litigators in the state if not the country, and being that this case is so high profile, I am hard pressed to believe he would take a case that he did not believe he could win, or at the very least a case that is considered frivolous.
Further, KC's attorneys have attempted to get this case thrown out before HHJR. HHJR gave them a resounding "NO." So, between HHJR and JM, that makes at least two attorneys that believe that a jury should hear this case.

She was starting a new job and that is why she was searching for an apartment. New job, more money, we all do it don't we? ZG was not living off her mother and father, or stealing money from them or pretending to have a job she was actually starting a new one but her employer said he had to let her go because he did not want the media hanging around it was bad for business. When your staff has to clean hotel rooms in Orlando you could almost see his point with the media trying to track her down. Fact is she could not keep the job because he let her go.

Yes there is .
It is in one of the Sheriffs office supplementary reports somewhere. I can only find the end of where they mention it- if you can delve into all those archived supplementary reports and find it ,great, but I am off to bed. It's in the investigative docs somewhere, like 2 sentences and I will never find it...her name is KatieSueR, and she refused to be interviewed but referred police to a girl names VickiA that KC knew and that lived at Sawgrass.

I didn't believe for one second there was any Nigerian scam... GA as an ex-cop is too shrewd to fall for that old trick IMO- he gambled or visited 'escort' businesses most likely, but Nigerian scam sounds better when you have to admit it in public. The A's lived with huge debt if you look at their CC bills, they are maxed out all the time.

Yes, did you see that huge pile of checks LDB was going through at the trial that were checks CFCA wrote on CA's account? I can't remember what LDB was "threatening" Baez about but it was talked about in a sidebar. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth.

Probably very possible that's were the money went.

Katie Sue Robinson- Sawgrass employee- refused to be interviewed.
Cpl Eric Edwards states he notified YM of that.
Vicky Aleman was the friend she told Eric Edwards to contact re people ICA knew at Sawgrass..
Both of their Facebook pages were taken down soon after this..

I can find nothing other than speculation here that says Katie Sue Robinson worked for Sawgrass. Additionally, she apparently did later agree to be interviewed:

On one of the documents that will come out later they have have Katie Sue Robinson did an interview on 24 July 2008: “Katie Sue Robinson was interviewed on 07/24/2008. Katie Sue Robinson knew very little about Casey Anthony. She reported that she had only seen Caylee Anthony once in her life. Though they have mutual friends, Katie Sue Robinson and Casey Anthony do not socialize.”
