This is by far the most convoluted missing person I have ever seen. MOO <modsnip> I'm not sure anyone will ever know the names the adopted mom was actually born with. I'm not even sure she knows at this point.

This is 1000% just my opinion. But I think this might end up a case with a lot of parents trying to clean up after their kids. The person exiting the truck looks and moves like an alcohol obese middle aged man. I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being the parental figure of the person...

Did she have possession of a car seat before she went missing? Most hospitals won't let you leave without seeing the car seat in the vehicle.

As far as being arrested for child abuse, Texas may be a state that defines a child as younger than 17. If that is the case, they can't arrest her on that charge. The sexual assault may be an entirely different story.
