I am loving this jury questions portion. they are asking great questions and you can tell by teh ones posed that they have really been listening and paying close attention. you can also tell by their questions that they are seeing where the glaring inconsistencies and the gloss overs have occurred and are calling her out on them.

HLN keeps pausing trial for commercials. At this point the verdict should be heard sometime between Thanksgiving & Christmas.

I personally think that part of the reason the jury has been asking about prior boyfriends is to see if she fits a stalker description.

Interesting to note that SHE always breaks up with them - apparently no man has ever broken up with her. Travis, in effect, broke up with her when he said he was taking Mimi to Cancun and not her.

So, in her mind, what is the penalty for breaking up with her, since no man ever does? The ultimate price - which I think was the motive for her killing him.

And not only has no man ever broken up with her, but she always performs some sort of "gesture" to try to get them back - groceries on the step, the phone call about the Bible saying the world was going to end, etc....

I actually feel better now too. Those questions make me realize that some on the jury realize just how full of caca JA is. This is a good thing.

Though I don't believe she will get the DP...and I'm okay with that. Remember, she WANTS to die....then again, maybe she doesn't....hmmm, who knows with her.

How fast is AZ with executions? I know MD is very, very slow. In fact, I don't know when the last execution in MD was. And, now the repeal of the DP in MD has moved through one level of legislation and on to the next.

If she pulls a stunt like' a 'fake-shake' when Juan Martinez starts his questioning, I believe we'll HEAR that jury laughing..there's no way they'll be able to keep that in, and neither will the folks in the gallery. It may bring about an "order" admonishment from the judge, but I'm almost sure it will happen...IF she attempts it.
