Since we've been told by LE that 80 MS is a secondary crime scene, what do you suppose is the crime that was committed there?
- abuse of body?
- desecration of body?
- what else?
This, alone, tells us there's more to come as far as charges for FD and MT.

Something I hadn't thought of before in this case. With everything GF has already been through regarding all of this, plus yet more to come, I'm sure she also had to make arrangements to deal with having all of JD's and her children's belongings, clothes, furniture, electronics, etc., being removed from Welles Lane. That all in itself would be a huge burden! I can't imagine what GF and JD's children have been through. GF has amazing strength and will power to be able to continue to move forward. My heart breaks for her and the children. It is just so, so sad.

That she invited her ex husband in the middle of a contentious custody/money divorce, to assist her in faking her own death so she could run away from a life she loved with no money.
I am sure the police would like to hear the details of that alternative scenario so they can get out there and corroborate it.

MOO FD case will rest completely on trying to suppress the evidence. Every bit will be contested etc.

I was actually thinking more of Michael Jackson moment....or was it Madonna that wore one glove...or both? IDK. All we know is that the close ups of Fd hands taken during the early days of this case showed black and blue and possibly infected nails. Were these nail injuries from the murder or related clean up? We don't know. Could the gloves have been needed from the residual effects of poison ivy which appeared quite severe at the time of the initial arrest? We don't know.

We know also that Fd doesn't really work or rather do manual labor associated with construction or cleaning. That is why the Fd and MT clean up efforts at 80 MS are so completely laughable IMO. But perhaps the broom shot on Sturbridge was at the time the cash ran out.

Given what we have now learned from Danbury Savings Bank I do wonder very much if Fd turned around and billed Danbury Savings Bank or drew down the line of credit to 'pay' he and his cousin for the cleaning efforts that Fox61 caught that day in NC?

Quick run down to New Canaan and a couple flicks of the brooms and remove a bunch of boxes and WOW draw down the line of credit by $2,500 for 'Professional Cleaning Services"! To me, this would absolutely be in line with what we have learned about Fd and how he likes to roll financially speaking!

Sad that a local bank was fleeced for trusting Fd and allowing real estate development with no owner equity! Still wonder what is going on with People's Bank of CT as my guess is that they were even more hosed than Danbury Savings Bank as its not even clear that they have collateral (such as it in the case of FORE).

We have proof of that when Fd filed with the BBB in November of 2004. Just months after the marriage in August.

Quit his full time employment at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in the City to have a 'keep busy' activity when he was not skiing all over the world.

Am hung up on MT's comment that while at 80 MS on the 24th, she went inside to clean windows and Fd went to the basement. I can find no mention of a basement in the real estate listings.

Since the home was built in 1926 would this be a dirt floor basement? Did FD do foundation work when he remodeled? Did LE investigate all areas of MS?

We had to have our foundation rebuilt in a home that was originally built in 1929. The original founcation was a cement, rock, anything the builders used in 1929. I call it the spooky section of the house and won't enter it without an escort. But it does have electricity, a partial cement floor, and makes easy access for plumbing and electrical work, if need be. However, the electrical features don't cover the entire basement. Is MS something like this or ?????

I feel like the prosecution's case is weak at proving Jennifer is dead, I dont think a large blood loss and having to use terms like "without medical treatment she would be dead"

I just dont really think most prosecutors would charge him with murder without better evidence she is dead. Aniah Blanchard's case was similar in that they found a life threatening amount of blood and would likely be dead without medical treatment. Still they only charged Yazeed with kidnapping until the body was found.

I was going to make a light hearted argument for implementation of 'water boarding' as an investigative tool in CT but figured given the party politics of the State that such a request wouldn't go too far...oh well. Reading the MT statements though I'm not sure even 'waterboarding' would have much impact as she simply seems wired to lie and prevaricate. Interesting strategy and am curious how it will work for her over time. My guess is put your belongings into long term storage as your designer duds won't be needed in prison for the rest of your life in cold and dark CT.

Reading and re-reading the MT comments truly has me wondering what other avenues of interrogation were employed to 'jigger' the memory of a dazed and confused (by design IMO) MT?

Were the FBI set loose on MT or did they run screaming from the room after a brief crack at interrogation? We saw references to 'directed questioning' by LE but yet it seemed that the 'dazed and confused' act from MT persisted and was absolutely unchecked by Atty Bowman. Why was this allowed?

MT now is sitting with conspiracy to commit murder charge. My guess is that with what is now known that her AW4 will bump this up possibly to felony murder at some point.

I wonder if facing felony murder might end the 'dazed and confused' act or will this be what Atty Bowman takes to trial?

Very much wonder if the 'dazed and confused' MT show has legs or will the legs of this act be surgically removed by Atty Colangelo?

We will see, but I still wish waterboarding were an option...but maybe it will all be solved by eventual deportation to Venezuela as I'm not convinced she is a US citizen. Not even sure how this would work given lack of diplomatic relations between the 2 countries? Would the US just fly the convicted prisoner back and air drop them over Caracas? What a fitting end for MT IMO!

Wow! Toppps, are trying to help the defense come up with theories aside from the obvious, Jennifer is dead by murder and Fotis, Michelle, and Kent all had a part in the killing? Well, good, do so. Everyone is entitled to a defense.

Besides, we all would like this to have a happy ending, like Jennifer just snuck away to get 5 real flying unicorns to surprise her children with. But the unicorn idea is as absurd as yours.

Leaving her children would be absolutely unthinkable to Jennifer, even if she would have enjoyed her own bathroom and time to write. This is in contrast to Fotis who was able to deprive them of his parenting for a year because having to do so apart from Michelle and her daughter was too much of an ask!

But if it were conceivable that Jennifer, like her estranged husband, would be willing to deprive her kids of a parent, wouldn’t cleaning up be a stupid thing to do if the point were to demonstrate feigned death?

Mmmm. Sure they might be having a delayed reaction to things but meanwhile the evidence pile now looks to be the size of the trash piles we saw at MIRA! Time for a wake up call I think!!!!!!!!!!

MT does sometimes move slightly (before sometimes shifting back on statements) on her original statements as she did admit to being out of the Raptor I believe on Albany (vs previously she was chatting away and unaware with her amiga Petu).

The rough thing will lying is that now I'm not sure how any MT can be believed absent 3rd party corroboration.

So, I just envision a MT trial using CCTV, fingerprints, DNA/blood evidence, 3rd party interviews and photographs all about MT and MT and Atty Bowman sitting like bumps on a log with nothing to say. Its also unlikely that MT would ever take to the stand in her own defense and risk cross examination either.

Then you have jury deliberation and a most likely guilty verdict.

And then you go to prison for a long long time.

Perhaps there is something I'm missing here but how is the MT 'dazed and confused' defense strategy going to work for her?

Wow, that's terrible...Listening to your Dad..that's sick...What a clever idea replacing them, she did hide them once their Dad was arrested for the car incident...never to be replaced, but the new devices are these sources or surface, I have never heard of them. The Ex H also got all 3 kids iPhones, my friend uses a Samsung, so she wondering if ex H is listening or tracking them on their iPhones (we know he is using find my phone etc...)...the 2 little ones leave their phones at their Dads, my friend won't let these phones into her house but the 12 year old boy is fighting my friend HARD for the PHONE DAD GOT ME...and its bad...

The abuser in cases like this always win-Mom is always going to be the bad guy, because that’s how they play the game. I don’t doubt for one minute that Fd had started to turn at least his two older sons against Jennifer; they are at about the age where those kinds of guys and their sons treat the mother like she’s crazy, every time she has some reason why they can’t have or shouldn’t do something. I’m wondering how much trouble GF might be having with the two oldest-I am afraid that it hasn’t been easy, with what I know of how much attention Fd focused on those two poor boys.

Yes, traffic this Memorial Day Friday was odd this past year and was light IMO going both North and South until perhaps 11-noon. In a prior thread we had the actual traffic reports for the missing/murder date. My recollection was the Northbound (out of the city) traffic picked up significantly a bit in advance of Southbound (to the city). Usually the am Southbound traffic is quite heavy on a regular day with commuters heading to Stamford, Greenwich and city but this year it was light. IMO Fd had a relatively quick trip down in EE truck from Farmington and we saw exactly this in AW2 I believe.

Still puzzling out the MT and KM statements about being in Farmington and given that they both have lied to LE its hard to know what to believe regarding the statements about what took place at 4Jx.

Trying to do a timeline for MT (which I have been attempting) and piecing together her nonsense responses to very basic questions hasn't been all that productive IMO, but I'm still plugging away.

I do very much wonder if what we are seeing with regard to the MT statements to LE is being driven by advice from Mama A? We have no reason to believe that MT doesn't speak english, we have no reason to believe that she was taking illegal substances or was intoxicated at the time of the interviews and we have no reason to believe that she has an IQ of 10 (to me thought this last point is a bit undecided!). We saw MT 'in charge' in the infamous DM pictures when she and Fd were scooped up and taken to Litchfield for DNA processing. Reconciling this image of MT speaking actively (while Fd seemed to hang back IMO) to LE at 4Jx at the time they were taken away for DNA processing and then reading her arrest warrant commentary makes little sense in my mind other than MT and her team simply wanted her to lie and obfuscate. IMO good to see that the choice too obfuscate 'earned' MT conspiracy to murder charges with the clear possibility perhaps for murder charge down the line.



Based on what I've read of the MT statements its hard to draw any other conclusion other than that the lying was intentional and initially was driven by the 'alibi scripts'. MT then IMO went 'off piste' with her commentary either due to direction from Mama A or Atty B or simply because she lost access to the 'alibi scripts' but IMO most of her comments read as if she was in some other location entirely and so was unable to give basic answers to basic questions. I do think this is all by design as the DNA evidence in AW3 supports quite active involvement by MT in the murder and cleanup IMO.

I stand by my prior statement that it must have been clear to Atty Bowman that his client was lying by meeting 2 with LE, so why let the meeting continue and why schedule meeting 3? The MT lying was obvious early in her relationship with LE and assuming Atty Bowman was awake and alert (he seemed like he was as he asked at least one question in a meeting to prod MT, but perhaps he fell asleep?!) is he so dim that he didn't realize that MT was lying? Baffling behaviour from an atty IMO but perhaps the lying was allowed in order to set up some other defense down the line? Hope not. Or, perhaps lying to LE in CT isn't something that raises eyebrows or the ire of LE? Hope not. In many other States you wouldn't get a second interview, but I guess in CT you get to keep talking and lying with no repercussions. IDK.

We've seen pictures of people in vehicles so perhaps at some point we will see faces of people in vehicles and this might clear up some of the very obvious lying of MT about any number of things. We know Mama A is a crafty 'almost felon' herself so I'm not doubting she and her team are behind whatever we are seeing here from MT. I do wonder if Mama A has found a local real estate agent to perhaps find a condo in CT as based on AW3 MT will be in prison in CT for quite a long long time?

I also am quite baffled why no charges have been filed against MT for repeatedly lying to LE for 3 meetings (basic time estimate here is perhaps 6 hrs of meetings and countless LE hours tracking back the lies) which I personally feel should be harshly punished for BOTH MT and Atty Bowman as he appears quite intimately involved with the MT lying as he did zero to stop it based on what is in the AWs IMO). Perhaps MT did provide some useful info as the meeting with LE appeared long and the AWs aren't meant to be anything else other than snippets for purposes of probable cause. This is the only reason I can understand why Judge Blawie reduced her bail by $500,000 I believe for the most recent arrest.

false.

not sure how much JD and MT ever interacted directly; imagine FD would have said nothing good about JD during the divorce, IMO. also unsure what MT's family would have known or said about her relationship with FD. Did they meet FD previously? A lot of people get divorced, so they might not have been concerned about her living arrangements until it was late in these events. a contested divorce is one thing; a murder is something else.

Is there anybody here that would know what happens to FD if and when he is evicted from his home? If he is still on house arrest at that point where does he go? How is even able to put gas in the truck and insure it and buy groceries etc if he hasn’t had any recent income?
This case is baffling!

He has funds that were embellezzed from the Farber family and sent to Greece his family over there will send him the money he needs claiming as they have before a wealthy Greek friend believes he is being framed so he is helping him out. FD will not be running out of money anytime soon with the amount he stole. IMO
State needs to do a forensic accounting search like the FBI does to follow the money trail. KM is definitely a key player in these actions as is MT she was doing lots of book seeing for FORE.

This is in reply to no one in particular. If anyone is arguing in support of Fd without having read the facts (search warrants, court records, and on and on), that is indefensible. No matter what you think you know, do your homework; read verifiable, accurate information from credible, reliable sources with supporting facts, official documentation, and unbiased evidence like the school-bus cameras, the bloody clothing of Jennifer’s disposed of in trash bags in other people’s trash cans by Fd and Mt, and on. Don’t stop there, though; look at the official records and reports of behaviors by Fd and those of JFd. Consider which of the people involved wasn’t allowed to see the kids unsupervised due to lies and worse. Contemplate which of the two had given and which had taken, and which one had the most to lose in a divorce or a financial accounting. Review what people not related to either have said about each. How did each spend their time and money? Read the words each wrote or spoke—their own words. Think about it logically. Reflect on it all, sleep on it, and ask yourself in the quiet of the night or the first brightness of morning what you truly think. Be honest with yourself. If you do your research carefully with an open mind, you may find that your previous stance was justified—or not. But you will learn from the experience regardless. MOO, and yes, of course I follow my own advice. You can’t really take a solid stand on a subject without having researched credible, verifiable information on the various sides of the issue. It’s not always comfortable but it’s always useful. No matter what, I hope we all wish for peace and happier days for each of the children involved—MT’s and KM’s as well. Again, MOO.
