Juan has already tainted the views of the defense dv expert. If she lied to her dv expert than you can say that all of laviolette opinions/testimony will be based on lies and not credible. im not worried about her whatsoever i'm more annoyed that nurmi will be up there slowly asking questions. im hoping the lady defense lawyer will take over the questioning. matter of fact i think the psychologist will be next. she's lied to him as well.

I think the defendant contradicted herself on purpose many times. And she said that she said things before (like today when she said TA said the gun was loaded) when she really hadn't.

I think she has purposely stated contradictory things because she wants to wreak chaos in the jury room. She wants them to argue with each other and cause an overall state of confusion about the evidence/testimony, such as "she said x"...."no, she said y"...."

...kind of like what happens here with us on WS.

Maybe her strategy is "baffle them with BS."

Beth had high praise for Martinez. Says he thinks outside of the box and three steps ahead of other people. That to her he was amazing. From someone who has seen so many lawyers over the years that is a great compliment.
