Could it have been a neighbor who calls himself a neighbor but is not a neighbor who called for the above reasons? Just thinkin' too hard...
Could someone have called in something about NG, earlier and not related to her abduction? I mean It could haver been called in Friday, for example, and APS worker got there Monday. Was there some financial fraud going on? Did the perp seduce her over time to send money? Did a friend or someone know this and report it? Did the PERP send this woman there, knowing he, himself, was going to kidnap her and she would arrive afterwards and it would muddy the water.? Could my delusional, lovesick, SG stalker have been taking money from NG or Sending an email or 2 demanding money or have befriended NG in some kind of oddball scheme? I just think after 6000 posts about a gun holder and NOTHING about the APS card, it's probably time someone question this and not take an offhand statement from LE as gospel. JMO

Was confirmed to be outside lights at the across the way neighbor's house (way way back in the thread).
Who confirmed it?

I don't understand why it's there and then it's not, without a head movement that I can perceive. And in my fourth screenshot it seems to shine on him. IMO

Possible, but Sheriff Nanos has said (article upthread) that a neighbor had called APS after NG was reported missing on February 1.

After I heard those reports I went on Google trends and found that a "Nancy Guthrie" was Googled from Sierra Vista / Tubac, Arizona on December 28, 2025.
Did you try "Nancy Giuffre" also? Maybe, some more users mixed the name up.

but I can’t understand why someone would make a phone call to an agency to do a welfare check, when her house was full of family and police !
Obviously they are there for a reason, so if you have something to report, they would be the obvious ones to report it to - me thinks…

Maybe I’m missing something 🤔
Normally I wouldn't quote myself but the thread moves so fast.
Here is the report that has the Sheriff addressing the card and my take on why, imo.

It is my impression that the Sheriff’s department is under staffed and critical incidents are prioritized. I’m impressed by the immediate response by APS.

In my community city officers are quicker response when calling for welfare check where APS could be weeks; over worked and understaffed.

In our county Sheriff’s office there is really not much community policing at all.

So the choice to call APS seems appropriate considering the immediate response.

Since the neighbors were understandably shocked the check in may have been a way to gain information of the state of the situation and get a response on how the neighbors may be able to assist NG going forward without bothering her daughter at that point.

[My use of initials in the quote]

A different neighbor, G B, said there was a large police presence in the area.

“When there was so much police presence with the helicopters and the drones, unbeknownst to us what was going on. I have to say that was a bit disconcerting, but you know, whatever they need do,” Breeding told Newsweek.

She said the neighborhood is typically “quiet.”

Nancy Guthrie's neighbors shocked by abduction: "Everyone is just scared"

all imo

Where is the suspect? Someone has to know who he is. If he lives at home, you would think his family would know if he has a backpack/jacket like the ones shown, is he missing work? Did he leave his home without anyone noticing? Where did he take Nancy? He could be living on his own maybe, but he would need to get out and shop, work etc. I can’t believe he just vanished. Every morning I check the news to see if anyone has been arrested and Nancy found.

I’m not sure all men understand what a masked man means to a woman and why that puts a chill in our soul. MOO
I think they do, but many have to put on their own "I'm not skeert mask". LOL

Maybe Sheriff Nanos made up the neighbor call because they don't want to reveal why APS was called. JMO

I found a local paper carried an article about Savannah Guthrie on 5 Nov 2025. In it she talks about growing up in the Catalina Foothills and lists the schools she attended. I believe she also references visiting her mom who still lives in Catalina Foothills. Page A1 and A4. (Highlights by me)

IIRC there is only one way (road) in and out of Nancy's property. They could be looking at all doorbell or cam footage they can get to see if one car in particular made trips by the residence during that month. I doubt there is a lot of traffic in general, so a car checking out or driving by that residence would probably stick out.

9:45 or 10 pm is not "late" for many seniors.
It is for me. I’ve given up my FC Dallas games because they are too late and I’m not even 65 yet!! BUT — some seniors do stay up late. Not me.

I agree. The neighbor story and timeline of when APS would’ve come to the house that morning but not seen LE or AG just doesn’t make sense to me

But if NG was in a car trunk, SUV back hatch or in the back of a van, especially with AZ plates, in the middle of the night, how could LE possibly know which vehicle to focus on, without something they can trace to NG's house (tire tracks) or neighborhood (via neighbors' cameras)?
This also applies to crossing the border. While I tend to think she’s closer to home, I think it would be easy to put her in the trunk of any vehicle and cross the border. Who would be any wiser?

Would someone be so kind as to give a brief summary of the APS business card that’s been mentioned in relation to NG? I’ve seen it referenced several times in this thread, but I’m still unclear on how and when it was reportedly found.

I understand why people are curious about who may have called and for what reason. I’m just not sure why the card itself is being viewed as especially significant, particularly since I haven’t seen investigators address it publicly. I may have missed it, but I also haven’t seen any news coverage about the card. If anyone can clarify or point me to the original source of that information, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
Again, listen to what they are not saying. Other than a brief remark from Nanos saying a neighbor called APS, that was it. The link was posted again upthread. That was rather dismissive to me. I think it's not to be ignored. APS card that surfaces on door the day after she is found missing is outside the box. PERHAPS, MY DELUSIONAL, UNHINGED PERP, called APS. He was rescuing NG from her thoughtless daughter..the same thoughtless daughter that has been ignoring his advances and making him pine for attention!! OR, maybe he called APS on Friday, knowing he was going to abduct her over the weekend and thinking he was assuring that her absence would be noticed by APS? Think outside the box. MOO JMO

It looks like this is a left handed person. That’s an identifier if someone is suspicious it could be someone they know. He covers the camera with his right hand but uses the dominant hand to mess with the camera. He uses his left hand to grab the brush or plant. Seems small but anything helps!
Watching the video again, he does seem to do a lot with his left hand - reach for lantana plant, try to remove camera, put lantana plant up to camera. I would agree that he is likely left handed.

Who knows who the suspect is, Richard Allen lived in Delphi and there was audio and video of him, no one suspected him.

In MOO, if she was still alive there would have been some proof of life shown by now.

Hopefully they can find this/these individuals

I agree. It would be pretty difficult to hold a full time job whilst holding someone captive in your home. Unless you were unemployed, a contract worker of sorts, self employed, work exclusively from home.

Against all odds, against everyone’s advice, if it were my mother, I would pay the ransom. I would rather look back knowing I had lost 6 million if I had it, than to think I lost my mother. JMO.
