Info from people who know PF:
“He worked on my horses for a real short time till he punched one in the gut with a rasp and that was about the last time I let him work on my horses,” -MG

'It's a characteristic that was ongoing for years. Anytime he was at a rope and his horse didn't act right, he'd rip on his face, kick him. In the community, we were all at ropings and stuff, but if the horse doesn't do exactly what it's supposed to do you don't just beat them.' -MG

'One time we were at a rodeo in Cripple Creek and he got mad because his horse didn't do good and somebody didn't heel just right to help him get in the money and he got so mad he left out of Cripple Creek Rodeo, flipped his horse trailer with his horse in it and almost killed that horse.
'He got mad, tries to get his vehicle out of there and there's too many cars tightly packed in. Lots of people were there. -MG

'He was in a rage of being mad and angry, because the heeler didn't heel and they lost out the money. It was kind of a sad deal, especially trying to get the horse out that was traumatic for everybody.' -MG

A former girlfriend of PF declined to speak to the press but her partner commented saying that he knew Frazee to be aggressive with horses and dogs but that he did not beat his girlfriends.
“He cheated on her while she was in the hospital, take that for what it’s worth,” the man said of his current partner’s former relationship with Frazee

'Patrick is a horseshoer, I heard once he was thumping on the horse "saying this is how you've got to do it," that horse reared up and kicked him right in the forehead, he got a bunch of stitches and his [then] girlfriend hauled him to the hospital to get stitches.' -High School Classmate of PF

'Oh yeah, he's a recluse for sure. I haven't seen him in 10 years or so.' -High School Classmate of PF

A neighbor heard 'mixed things' about Frazee's alleged rough behavior with animals.
He was quiet and shy. He had his own friends circle and stayed close to his friends,' he said.
'He did come across, "I'm a big tough cowboy." But that's that cowboy way, got be strong.
'That's how he was raised, he raised horses. I think if you're raised country that's normal, if you're raised city it's going to seem harsh. It's not wrong in his eyes. Sometimes there's neglect and over abuse yes, he'd tread the fine line on it I'd say. You've got make a horse submit to what you want to do. You've got to be kind of firm. You shouldn't hit them.' --Former Neighbor HF

Two friends of Patrick defended him and rejected any suggestion he was cruel towards animals:

'He's an old fashioned cowboy. He's just old school, he does things the old way. He shoes horses modern, but he trains horses the way people used to do it, I wouldn't say that he's cruel or not. He's a stand up real good guy. I've just known him for years and he's a great person.'
The friend said he had not met Frazee's fiancée but added: 'I know the day I saw him he was a great dad to the daughter and he's a good guy. He was fine. --Man who saw PF shoe horses in Sept.

'I know him, when we had horses he used to trim our horses hooves. He was a very nice young man, I knew him all growing up, we used to go to the Gymkhana and the rodeos when he was younger. I've known him since 2003 and I never saw him do anything inappropriate or out of order.' -DR, runs the propane store

"I've always considered him to be a gentle soul. Soft spoken and just really down to Earth and practical." “couldn’t imagine him doing anything that would harm anyone.” -Friend, SO

PF helped KB move from WA to CO only months after they met
KB told her cousin she was happy when she moved to be near PF
KB often talked about her boyfriend (PF) at her aviation job in 2016
Baby K was born Oct 2017
They were engaged but did not have a wedding date set
They have never lived together -- KB's mom

"The relationship has been good, um, they're loving, um it hasn't been ideal, you know given given the economy and things, you know, they had plans that haven't worked out as they would have liked but they've dealt with that and they've made things work regardless." --KB's mom

"I mean they had plans, you know, they were planning to find a place for them to live and so forth and the economy with prices dropping out...Kelsey's fiance has some cattle and stuff and prices were poor and so the money just wasn't available as soon as they had hoped, but they make it work."-- KB's mom

Something I just remembered that I don't think Sam touched on.

During the fire KK talked about PF soaking scrap wood in a bucket full of gas. He would then throw them on the fire. At one point he threw the entire bucket of gas he was using to soak the wood on the fire. He also put motor oil on the fire and told her it would make it burn hotter

They asked her if she ever added any wood to the fire. She said no, but that she did retrieve the wood from the scrap pile for him.

PF went inside for an hour during this fire. KK waited in the car and tried to sleep. She couldn't sleep.

When PF came back out he had brought them some slices of pizza.

Yes, they had a nice little lunch together while they tended the fire.
Well I guess we can see that even Krystal wasn't lovingly welcomed in MaF's house. So, my question, which I admit is irrelevant to the case and trial, is did Krystal always have to sleep in her vehicle when she visited Patrick? did she get the same treatment from MaF and the sister?

I mean, I can't imagine driving back and forth all of those hours, not just when Kelsey was murdered, but even before when they were so called seeing each other. Didn't Patrick at least have a married friend that had a couch or a spare room for her to stay in, while she visited him?

I know, it's not important at all. I'm just curious.

Can someone please refresh a couple of unclear details for me? What is Nash ranch? I assume it is not the same as the Franch? What is Conoco station I've seen mentioned? Where was KB's body before KK got to Colorado? Where was the burning of the body allegedly done? Thanks so much!

I recall she has relatives in the area?
I was surprised to hear Sam say that she watched baby K one of those times, prior to 11/22/18, and threw a roast in the crock pot for supper. Was that at the Franch? If so, where was WW of the W? Sam said he put KK down saying she probably put too much spice on it. Also, criticized her for not lighting the fire properly. Such a total jerk, except he's a monster!

bringing this over from last thread---GOJACKS POSTED THIS:
  1. GoJacksWell-Known Member

I'd like to point out, PF looked down the entire time. Think I saw him look up only once during this testimony.

So KK spends 4 hours or so cleaning up KB's place. Talks about cleaning blood off a picture of PF,KB, & Baby. Talks about how she covered the kitchen(?) window with a towel so no one could see in during this.

There's no mention of why there was a candle left on or why the broom was left on the bed btw. Trust me I wanted to raise my hand and ask, ha.

They ask her about the blood she supposedly left on purpose. Says she knew people were going to be looking for KB and she hoped this would give them a clue.

This is about all I remember of the clean up part. If I remember more I'll add it.

They ask her what she did next. She said she put all the trash outside walked to her car and drove up and threw all the trash in her car and drove off.

Viehman proceeds to ask what she does next.

Silence. long silence. Almost awkward long silence. (boy did I know where this was going)

You can tell she is VERY hesitant to talk about this.

She starts by saying she was very thirsty.
She said I had water in my car but I finished it before I even drove off (we do know this is a lie, as she is seen drinking said water @ sonic)

More hesitation. Says she wanted to appear normal to PF and like she wasn't raddled so she went to Sonic. Said she chose Sonic because it was the closest thing to KB's place. Said she got a drink and got food for PF & baby.

After this she headed to the Franch.

So PF & KK are talking in code texts at this point. It was all horse related, so I think she sent him something about the horses looked good* and this was code for she was done.
*Btw, that is not a direct quote. It was something about horses and I don't remember what.

So KK meets PF @ the Conoco, said she got there first and pulled off to the side by the storage units? PF pulls up a bit later and picks her up. Not really sure why this took place, perhaps he didn't want KK's car @ the Franch

Said @ the Franch she stayed outside and PF was doing chores or farm stuff. Noticed he had a young helper at the Franch, so they didn't talk much. The helper was helping him clean up some clutter at the Franch I believe.

Believe he mentioned something about do you know how hard it was to eat thanksgiving dinner with your family while the mother of your child was sitting in a tote outside.

PF did ask her if she did a good job. I believe she said something like the best I could. PF said her life depended on it, so she better hope she did.

This is when the wood floors are brought up. I guess PF had called her while @ KB's house and asked if there was dents or marks in the wood floor. KK said there wasn't. Apparently when she got to Franch he again asked her about marks in the wood floor. She told him she didn't see any marks.

This was not elaborated any further. I assume it's important.

She was there for about 3 hours at this point. She told PF she wanted to leave, PF told her they needed to go to Nash Ranch so she could take the tote back. She said no way, I have expired tags if I get pulled over you realize this will come back directly to you.

She stated a few times that she kept telling PF she just wanted to leave. It was starting to snow out and most of her family believed her to be at a birthday party and that she needed to get back.

PF told her "they" needed to finish what they started. So KK heads to Nash Ranch with him. Says the ride is at least 45 mins long. Viehman asks what they talk about. KK says PF told her about the estate issues with his family. Some other random stuff. Viehman asks if they talk about what just took place at all. KK says not a lot about it. Viehman says well what did he say about it.

I think this is when she says something like, PF told her it was inhumane the way he did it. He said in the future he would do it differently. (lovely)

Nash Ranch is out toward Cripple Creek where PF stored KB's body in the tote on top of a stack of hay bales before KK got there. They picked up the body on the 24th Nov. They burned the body at the Franch.

Kelsey’s final words of “please stop,” will make the jury feel even better when they say their final words.

“Guilty,” 8 times.

I once thought your "He swung the bat" comment should be the final words heard by the jury but I think sweet Kelsey will get the final word, bless her soul.

I've looked forward to this trial for so long and now I just want it to be done and to see him hauled off in chains.

(I'd actually really like to see him cry but that's not going to happen.)

Nash Ranch is where PF stored KB’s body. It is some distance away from the Franch.

It is believed that after Thanksgiving dinner, PF drove up to Nash and left Kelsey’s body inside the tote, on top of some hay bales. These hay bales were found to be discolored when KK took law enforcement there.

After KK cleaned the crime scene on the morning of the 24th, she and PF drove to Nash to retrieve the body.

At some point PF asked KK to take the body back to Idaho, which she declined.

They then drove back to the Franch (the house shared by PF and his mom, and burned the body in a trough near the house.

KK claimed that SF saw this fire, and SF indicated that she would plead the Fifth if called during the preliminary hearing.

She is almost certainly going to be called, so we’ll see what happens there.

As for the Conoco station, that was the gas station where PF got fuel for this fire (if I’m not mistaken).

So I have a question maybe someone can answer. If KK met PF at the Conoco Station and left her car there ... then the six bags of ‘cleaning/trash’ must have been transferred to PFs vehicle because she indicated at one time that everything was burned in the fire. Any mention of this? And ... just a thought ... any chance there would be cctv footage of the transfer from her vehicle to his? Wondering ...

He might cry---during sentencing. ;)
