Welcome back to the Delphi Murders discussion thread.

On the afternoon of Feb. 13th, 2017, best friends Abigail Williams and Liberty German were dropped off at a bridge in the town of Delphi. On Feb 14th their bodies were discovered around noon about 50 feet from the north bank of Deer Creek which is about 0.5 miles from the bridge.
The Sheriff's office gave a press conference on 4/22/19 and we have some solid information. Please take a look below

My theory has always been that BG knew schools were off that day and got frustrated that he was running out of daylight to find the "right" victim and so went with them out of frustration.

Opportunity perhaps. Sense of grandiosity also. These were young girls and no doubt were frightened into compliance. Plus he had at least one weapon, and threatening to harm one could frighten the other into complying. So sad, how terrified they must have been.

MOO, he knew who he was going to kill that day and was prepared. that blue jacket was overloaded with tools. I have always seen a gun in the outline of his jacket easy to control any number of people with it. He wasn't going for easy... he was going for extreme to impress his CSAM friends... MOO

It would have been easier to victimize one teen girl than two, but two teen girls might have been easier to contend with than even one adult female.

Also, some predators are pretty selective. We don't know what RA's requirements were for a victim. He might have been looking for a particular combination of height, body type, and hair color, etc.
